I’m always the one to sneak off from a party without saying goodbye and it’s ironic that the ending of the shop has been no different.

Due to some equipment failures this week we wont make it through to the 24th Jan as planned, today was our last day of trade.

I want to thank everyone who was part of this 30+ year business. What a feat. Bob, Judy, Teliah – thank you for the support you have provided me and my team, I have loved and appreciated every single one of our chats 🥰

To my team – no words can do this justice. You guys are amazing. Whether you covered one shift to get me out of a pickle, got pummeled from day 1, or were part of the 2024 roller coaster. I’ll never forget the blood, sweat and laughter 😵‍💫😍

To our awesome customers – thank you so much for your support. You have no idea just how much it means when you choose to spend your hard earned money in a local shop. We have loved getting to know you and there are so many we now call friends ❤️

I hold hope that SGH will start up again in one form or another once the dust settles (or maybe I should say returns?!) Until then you’ll have to make do with homemade smoothies and store bought nut paste sorry!!!

I am so grateful to have had this opportunity and although things don’t always work out as you plan, I have learnt more than I could ever imagine in 2 years.

And that’s a wrap on 2024 by the Simply Good Health team! We are now closed, reopening on 6th January 😎

It’s been a bitter sweet year for us. The highest of highs and lowest of lows. We have loved getting to know you and cherish the laughs, tears and everything in between. It’s a tough time for our community but we have hope for a better 2025 and whatever it brings ☀️

We will be open for 3 weeks in Jan, with our final day of trade being 24th Jan. We‘ll be ready to hit the ground running and get you kick started on a healthy start to the year 🥗🥤(if there’s is a buyer we will keep you updated - and direct any business enquiries to katedickeson@outlook.com)
