RAINBOW BRIDGE REMEMBERANCE DAY 🌈 🐶 😺 🐦 🦎 🐹 🐇

Rainbow Bridge Remembrance Day, observed annually on August 28th, is a day set aside to honor and remember our cherished pets who have passed away. This day is a beautiful reminder of the deep bond we share with our animal companions and the promise of a hopeful reunion.

A life lived with a pet is a truly extraordinary one. When you consider it, we come to love, nurture and protect a creature of an entirely different species. We bring them into our homes and watch them grow, include them in family celebrations, and explore the world together – and we do it without a common language to guide us.

The only unfortunate part is when we have to say goodbye to them. Whether we are blessed with many years or only a few with our beloved pets they always leave a lasting mark.

This day celebrates our furbabies that have passed on, but who still remain in our hearts forever and always ❤️❤️

The International Dog Day is observed annually on August 26 to honour all dogs – no matter shapes, sizes, age and breeds – and encourage adoption to all those who have yet to find a home and a family forever.

It is a good and symbolic occasion to celebrate man’s best friend and to remember that every dog around the world should deserve a better life: a life of joy, love, protection, care and respect. A special day to raise awareness about dog adoption because if you are looking for a life’s companion, shelters are full of four-legged friends who are waiting for their chance and will bring just happiness to your days.
