PHARMACY TECHNICIAN

About the role:
We are currently seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our dynamic team at Monarch Pharmacies P/L trading as TerryWhite Chemmart Essington Lewis Whyalla.
The successful applicant must enjoy working in a busy environment, have a strong sense of teamwork, and the ability to self-manage and work well under minimal supervision.
Working on a roster Monday to Saturday between the hours of 8.45am & 6.00pm Monday to Friday. And 9.00am to 1.00pm Saturdays. This will be a permanent position after a successful probationary period.
Key Responsibilities:
• Dispense and pack medications in line with legal and professional requirements under the supervision of the Pharmacist and Webster co-ordinator
• Manage and maintain dispensary and webster packing stock
• Attend to customers and clients at the counter
• General retail pharmacy duties
About You:
• A can-do attitude and team focus
• Excellent attention to detail
• A desire to learn and thrive in a rapidly evolving industry
• A vibrant personality and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work within a dynamic, fast-paced and collaborative team environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Current drivers licence for deliveries to clients when required

COVID-19 BOOSTERS

At this time we are not offering Covid-19 booster shots. Our Pharmacists are currently undergoing COVID-19 vaccination training and we envisage being able to offer this service in the coming months. As soon as this service is available we will advertise and open up online bookings.

All adults are eligible for a booster if it's been 6 months or longer since your last Covid-19 booster or confirmed infection (whichever is the most recent).
