What. A. Morning! ☀️

Our headspace Day Sunrise Yoga was truly an unforgettable experience. ✨🧘‍♀️

With the incredible support of Whyalla Recreation Centre, who kindly partnered with us and provided a fantastic yoga instructor, we watched our community brave the cold and darkness, all in celebration of this year’s headspace Day.

headspace Day is a national day all about supporting the mental health and wellbeing of young people. This year’s theme ‘Make Space To” is about making space for what matters, not by doing more, but by doing things differently. 🌿

As the sun rose, we moved, stretched, and breathed together, each person intentionally choosing to make space for their own wellbeing. Some beautiful “Make Space To” intentions were shared, including spending more time in nature, getting creative, connecting with loved ones, and simply winding down. Thank you to everyone who opened up and shared your moments with us. 💚

The sunrise was stunning, the vibes were wholesome, and the final meditation was the perfect reminder to slow down and be present. 🌅

A big thank you to our amazing community for making the morning so special, we couldn’t have celebrated headspace Day without you! 🤩

Today we’re celebrating a national day all about supporting the mental health and wellbeing of young people!

This year’s theme is all about making space for what matters, because it’s not about doing more, it’s about doing things differently. 🌿
