Calm Abiding meditation dates for term 3 will be 10th August, 31st August and the 21st September. All welcome. No experience needed. Cost by donation. See Facebook event for more details.

Medicine Buddha dates for term 3 have been cancelled due to facilitator availability. We look forward to these resuming in term 4.

The following are the dates for Calm Abiding Meditation and Medicine Buddha Meditation sessions for this term.
Unfortunately due to prior commitments we cannot offer as many Calm Abiding sessions this term.
Additional sessions may be offered if circumstances change and would be posted to facebook nearer to the time.
Events will be created for these sessions for reference.

We were very fortunate this week to host a surprise visit from HE Dungyud Tulku Rinpoche. We had a lovely shared meal on Wednesday night followed by the Medicine Buddha empowerment. Rinpoche and the group hung some new prayer flags at the centre which look great. It was a lovely visit and so beneficial to connect with Rinpoche, each other, and the Buddha's teachings during this time.

Surprise Visit!!! The Abbott of our Buddhist Centre HE Dungyud Tulku Rinpoche is coming tomorrow (Wednesday 1st May) for a brief visit. Rinpoche will be bestowing the Medicine Buddha empowerment at 7:00pm at the centre (78 Wileman street). The empowerment enables recipients to undertake a special meditation practice. All welcome.

Driveway sale on now, come down and have a look. Lots of different items for sale for bargain prices. No more than $5 an item. Many items give away too. All priced to go today.

Come down today to the Whyalla Buddhist Meditation Center (78 Wileman street) for our fundraiser sale… we have various items for sale, including bags, backpacks, wall /door hangings, beads and Jewellery.
