We are exploring redevelopment options for the large upstairs area above our medical clinic. The space is approximately 500m², comprising around 30 office rooms, and is ready for refurbishment.

Before committing to a direction, we are seeking ideas and expressions of interest from local businesses and professionals. Potential uses could include:
• Rented office spaces
• A business hub
• An allied health or specialist medical hub
• Training or consulting rooms
