✨️So grateful to the wonderful women who attended Rainbow Sounds Level 1 Crystal Singing Bowl training today 🥳

It was a fun and interactive session held at today with 6 women learning mallet techniques, science, chords and harmonies as well as experiencing a Sound Bath and resonating together 🎶

Thank you to Sue Shaw Wellbeing for being my amazing helper for the day - you were so wonderful and were such a warm and inviting soul making everyone feel comfortable.

A big shout out to Stubbys Ink who were amazing at organising my Rainbow Sounds shirt in time for class! They were amazing to deal with and very kind 🥰 Highly recommend.

🎶 Excited to be at the Gawler Psychic Fair this weekend providing SoulNar Sound Healing Energy Therapy sessions.

I have appointments available from 12.15pm today and will be providing a free 30 minute 🎶 Sound Bath 🎶 at 4.15 pm today.

This is a four hour class that gives you the foundations, confidence and understanding to play crystal singing bowls in a grounded and practical way 🎶⭐️

Learn and explore the wonderful world of crystal singing bowls and sound healing at our interactive half-day workshop in Adelaide! Learn basic techniques, the essentials, benefits, science plus a sound bath to finish the day. Plus all attendees receive a FREE high purity quartz crystal singing bowl.

This weekend we'll be at the Hotel Renmark, a few hours drive from Adelaide, for the 12th annual Riverland Wellness Festival. Come and join us for a day or the weekend and experience the serenity of being by the river.

The festival is held in the Function Room at the Hotel Renmark - a community-owned hotel that continues to support the festival.

Entry is FREE and it's a great opportunity to browse the exhibitor stalls and ask questions about wellbeing products, have a reading or experience a healing session with one of the many practitioners sharing their passion.
