๐ Welcome to the Team, Rebekah (Bek)! ๐
We are beyond excited to introduce the newest member of our Move Exercise Physiology team โ Bek! ๐
Bek recently graduated with a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology (Honours) from the University of South Australia, and has already developed a deep passion for helping others live their healthiest, happiest lives through the power of movement. ๐โโ๏ธ๐ช
Her honours research focused on post-bariatric surgery care, exploring how exercise can improve health and weight loss outcomes for clients. Bek has also gained valuable experience working with individuals managing a wide range of health conditions, including cardiovascular, metabolic, and respiratory issues.
Bek is especially passionate about working with the paediatric and womenโs health populations, creating a safe, supportive, and understanding environment where clients can thrive. Her warm, welcoming personality ensures every client feels comfortable and heard, making a real difference in their health journey. โจ
When she's not at work, youโll find Bek in the gym, playing netball, or enjoying time with her family and friends.
Weโre thrilled to have Bek on board and canโt wait for you to meet her if you haven't already! ๐
