We have sold our Practice - effective at close of business today - after nearly 42 years of operation. Bittersweet but it’s time. We wish the new owners Stephanie and Lionel every success. Special that they’ve chosen to use our name in their new business name - ‘to continue the legacy’ handed to them they say. John and I will continue to work part-time a few days a week as we transition to retirement.

Covid-19 UPDATE:

Per guidance from Optometry Australia, Optometry Practices will remain open as an essential service at this time and as such we will remain open.

Further to this our patients' health and safety is our highest priority, please see below for a number of new measures put in place to ensure this for our patients:

- Hand sanitisation stations throughout the practice
- Increased spacing of waiting room chairs
- Reduced bookings minimising overlap of patients
- Removal of all common area literature and children's toys

Going forward it is important that this environment is maintained and as such we ask that any patients currently experiencing any cold/flu like symptoms reschedule or postpone appointment bookings.
