Don’t let the cold keep you on the couch – there are lots of fun ways to stay fit in winter!

Whether you’re walking 🚶, practicing yoga 🧘, playing netball, dancing 🕺, or playing a frosty football match 🏈, there’s something for everyone.

If you prefer to stay indoors, there are plenty of free online workouts and fitness classes you can do from anywhere, with no equipment needed.

To stay safe while you get moving in winter:
❄️ warm up properly to avoid injury
❄️ wear layers to regulate your temperature
❄️ make sure you’re wearing the proper footwear for the conditions
❄️ listen to your body and rest when needed.

Most breast lumps are not cancerous. Those that are, can be more effectively treated if identified early.

Do you know the signs of stroke? Remember FAST - it might help save someones life!

Face: Check their face. Has their mouth drooped? 😕

Arms: Can they lift both arms? 🙌

Speech: Is their speech slurred? Do they understand you? 🗣️

Time: Is critical. If you see any of these signs call 000 straight away. ⏰ 🚑

A stroke occurs when an artery supplying blood to a part of the brain becomes blocked or bursts. As a result, that part of the brain is damaged.
