We are thrilled to welcome Daniela to our Community!

Daniela is a registered provisional psychologist with 16 years of diverse experience in health and education, including as a classroom teacher and within wellbeing teams.

Daniela is dedicated to helping young individuals understand and celebrate themselves, through a neurodivergent-affirming, evidence-based and client-centred approach to supporting young people and their families.

Outside of work, Daniela is a busy mum to three energetic, sport-loving kids! She enjoys watching movies, planning new adventures, reading and spending time outdoors.

A Message of Support to Our Bloom Community

To our Bloom Community,

We hope this message finds you and your family well. We are reaching out to check in with all our families during what has been an incredibly stressful week, given the recent issues in childcare and the concerns around the safety of our children that have been highlighted in the media.

Our hearts are with those directly impacted by these events. We share your sadness and concern. The well-being of our children and families remains our highest priority.

Please remember, we are here to support you. Both Michelle and Lisa, the directors of Bloom, along with our entire team, are available if you need someone to talk to or require extra support during this time. If you would like to arrange a time to chat, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

A few weeks ago, Lisa Coloca, co-director of Bloom Community, was invited by Smiling Mind to speak with Dr Michael Carr-Gregg on a panel highlighting the importance of early intervention for our children in their early primary years, in the context of the significant mental health challenges they are facing.

We are sharing Dr Carr-Gregg's paper here for our families to highlight the critical work being done in this space to ensure all children have access to lifelong mental wellness. Well done to Smiling Mind for the continued work they are doing to support children's wellbeing. We are grateful and honoured to be a part of the cultural shift happening in the mental health and wellness space for our young people.

We’re so excited to introduce Naddia, our new Provisional Psychologist, to the Bloom Community!

Naddia works with young people and their families to develop practical, effective strategies, always bringing a child-focused perspective. She uses creative and engaging methods to help each individual grow, build resilience, and thrive, all while nurturing their unique strengths and interests.

When she’s not working, Naddia loves spending time with her young daughter, traveling, and cooking.
