What are you releasing from your skin?
Your skin is a messenger. It speaks in flare-ups and quiet shifts—rashes, acne, pigmentation, dryness, excess oil, sensitivity. Nothing is random. What appears on the surface often begins far beneath it.
Underneath, there may be inflammation, sun damage, emotional stress, internal imbalance, foods that no longer serve you, medications, or the body trying to protect itself by over-correcting. The skin remembers what the mind may overlook.
And then there is what we place upon it. Are we honouring the skin’s natural intelligence, or challenging it with harsh, stripping, disruptive products or treatments? The skin thrives when it is supported, not forced.
Everything is connected—our emotions, our nourishment, our nervous system, our daily rituals, and the way we care for our skin. When the skin shows you an imbalance, it is an invitation to listen more deeply. To slow down. To observe with intuition as much as logic.
True skin healing is a process of awareness and gentle elimination, guided by your own intuition and professionals, such as skincare specialists, and functional nutritionists. When we seek the root cause rather than to silence the symptom, the skin begins to recalibrate itself naturally.
Your skin is not betraying you.
It is guiding you, back to balance, back to alignment.
You can ask your skin, what needs to change? Journal with automatic writing. This means don't think just listen and write, I always like to place my hand on my heart when I do this.
