New term starting this week! AND A NEW CLASS ON FRIDAYS! It’s all very exciting. There’s still one spot available in the 4pm & 5pm Tuesday classes. If you’re keen to keep strong and mobile, or just want to dip your toes into mat Pilates, casual classes are $35 each 😊

❤️10 years of Ferguson St Osteo - part 2 ❤️

Patients and friends of the clinic – we haven’t forgotten you. It’s instilled in everyone at our practice to appreciate that you put food on our tables. We are so grateful you choose us time and again as your trusted health practitioners and don’t take your patronage lightly. You never cease to teach us, make us laugh and reward us with your connection.
Thank you for your support and business! Same goes to all our fellow friends in healthcare (honourable mention to .osteo, , & ) as well as the GPs, LCs and dentists who refer to us regularly and many amazing gyms and health studios in the area that we refer to (too many to mention - you're all rad)!. Same goes for all the other great Osteo, Physio and EP clinics around. We bring each other up :D

Next are the awesome clubs, events and organisations we sponsor and support. – you guys rock. – you really are our best promotors! The Asylum Seeker Resource Centre, Reclink Community Cup, , Hobsons bay Council Pride Network and so many more - including local schools and school fairs. We love helping out where we can and getting to know your fabulous orgs.

Other businesses we use – designers, IT people, furniture folk and more - Can't name you all individually, but we recommend you regularly!!

Finally – thanks to the plants that somehow stay alive and (somewhat) thriving despite our worst efforts at keeping you going. You seem to be a staple at the clinic and we love you for it. Same goes for the babies and pets that give us regular cuddles. Please keep visiting us.

❤️10 years of Ferguson St Osteo - part 1 ❤️

So. As is customary at Ferguson St Osteo – we’re a bit slack on our socials and updates. This is belated as they get.

Recently (ok, it was in December…), we had our 10 year anniversary! That’s right, this cute as a button clinic has been a living, breathing entity for over a decade now. And what a journey it’s been.

From our not-without-its-drama inception in 2014 (it was in fact a tumultuous labour thanks to she-who-shall-not-be-named) to today it’s been a journey of love and connection. Our original premises at 91 saw Jade, Ellen and Jackie start with the team, then we expanded to a second room and Penny came aboard as our first counsellor as well as acupuncturist Taffy for a stint. In 2019 we relocated to our current home at 161 Ferguson St and our team expanded. Hello to Amanda, Maria, Christina and Gretta who all practiced as osteos with us here. Melissa, Cara and Linda joined the therapy team and naturopath Lisa says hello from time to time. Indigo joined soon after and has become a clinic staple. As sad as we have been to farewell Jade, Ellie has just joined the team on reception and we warmly welcome her!
The joy of expansion in 2019 was short lived as the new rocky stretch of pandemic + financial crisis hit the community and there have been some tricky times in business.

2025 is looking so much brighter, and we are seeing the benefit of the years of consistency, quality care & time taken for our patients and our shared values of connection & community. FSO truly is an amazing place to work, and yes I say so myself! Everyday is fun and I’m so grateful to have had so many stellar colleagues and patients over the years.

Thanks colleagues for putting up with me and all my distractions (so so many). You are all so easy to work with it makes being an osteo even more rewarding ❤️

After an amazing 9 years at Ferguson St Osteo, our much loved receptionist Jade is moving on.

Jade joined the clinic when it was just Julie, starting working from home with her baby - answering calls remotely and coming in to do paperwork on weekends. Eventually she moved in house and became a fixture of the team and the clinic. Jade has been a godsend to the clinic - keeping the osteos in line and the clinic running smoothly. We couldn’t have done it without you.

Thanks for all the years of fun and caring work. The patients all love you as have all of the staff we have had over the time you’ve been here!

We know you’ll be forever in the FSO family and won’t be a stranger, but we already miss seeing you at work every week.

All the best for your coming ventures!!

Recently the FSO team have been having some fun with the wonderful local clubs we sponsor

In October we attended Newport Lacrosse Club’s 60th anniversary gala. What a celebration!

Last week we helped out at The Melbourne Open Water Swimming Clubs cup day swim event. What a spectacular event and a stunning day for it! We did some treatments but also Julie ran some warm up stretches for participants the before the swim.

We love being involved with these passionate inclusive sporting clubs who are driven by community and run by hard working volunteers. ❤️
