Brightside Medical is pleased to announce that Dr Jonathan Tan will be seeing patients from 7th August in Williamstown!

Dr Jonathan Tan graduated from Auckland University, New Zealand in 2010 before moving to Adelaide, South Australia for his internship at Queen Elizabeth Hospital. He did his resident years at Queen Elizabeth Hospital for 2 years before embarking into General Practice Training. He has worked in regional areas such as Millicent and Murray Bridge as part of his training in South Australia. He became a Fellow of Royal Australian College of General Practitioner in 2016 and has worked as a GP in Adelaide Hills for the past 6 years. Jonathan enjoys all aspects of general practice especially men's health, chronic diseases and minor skin procedures. In his free time, he loves to take his dog for walks, going to musicals and planning his next travel destination.

It’s staff profile time! Meri has been part of our team for the last two years. She is a Hobson Bay resident living locally for last 28 years. Meri’s warm, bubbly and friendly nature makes it easy for her to connect with the community. Meri loves spending time with her husband and three adult children, enjoys her daily walks and family gatherings. In her spare time she loves to get out on the road on the dirt bike for some fun and laughter. Thanks for the hard work you do at Brightside Medical Meri!

Brightside Medical Williamstown was founded in April 2019 by husband and wife GP team Dr Brian Huang and Dr Elizabeth Nguyen. They are both passionate about providing personalised care to patients in a modern and friendly setting. They created Brightside Medical with the mission to deliver a quality medical service to the people of Williamstown and surrounds in an intuitive, professional manner.
