Eyes feeling blurry? That after-work fog where the city lights aren't as sharp as they should be?
We get it. Between the tram rides, scrolling through feeds, and squinting at screens in the office, our eyes work overtime. It’s no wonder many of us experience tired, strained vision by the end of the day.
Here’s a simple tip from our optometrists: Try the 20-20-20 Rule. Every 20 minutes, look at something 20 metres away (about the length of a tram!) for 20 seconds. This small habit can help give your eye muscles a much-needed break.
