To everyone working in retail, hospitality, wellness, beauty, and service-based roles — the carers, the givers, the small business owners and shift workers who keep showing up — we see you, and we salute you.

We do this because we love it.

The long hours. The last-minute requests. The quiet moments of care that happen well beyond “clock-off time.”

The behind-the-scenes work no one ever sees. We keep going because our love language is acts of service — and looking after others is woven into who we are.
