📢 Important Update – Practice Closed Today 📢

Due to severe weather and local road closures, Central Health Alliance - Dr Paul Burford and Port Stephens Integral Health will be closed today. Unfortunately, none of our team can safely reach the practice at this time.

Our staff will be in touch with everyone who had an appointment to reschedule as soon as possible. We’ll continue to monitor conditions and keep you updated about tomorrow.

📢 Meet Lucy – Our Newest Exercise Physiologist! 💪🏼✨

We’re stoked to welcome Lucy to the Coastline Performance & Health team! 🎉 She’ll be available for consults starting March 10th at both our Glendale and Williamtown clinics.

Lucy brings some serious expertise, holding a Master in Clinical Exercise Physiology from Charles Sturt University and a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science from Southern Cross University. Before moving to Newcastle, she led strength and conditioning classes in Coffs Harbour, helping women build confidence in the gym. She’s also worked across various clinical and community settings, with a strong interest in female health and chronic disease management.

When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll probably find Lucy lifting heavy, drawing on her powerlifting background, or hitting the netball court. 🏋️‍♀️🏐
