If stiff or pinchy hips are slowing you down, try this simple yet effective self-release technique with a power band.

To start, secure the band to something sturdy and sit on the floor. Place your foot in the band, crossing it over to form a figure-eight. Relax into the stretch with the help of a roller for added support, and let the tension melt away over a few minutes. It’s a great way to help ease tightness and improve mobility.
