This has been so true in my own journey.
I used to try fixing everything at once, food, movement, stress, sleep and it just left me overwhelmed.
What actually worked?
Dropping the pressure and choosing one thing to focus on.
For me, it was how I was fueling my body, simple, real, and consistent.
That ONE shift created space for everything else to follow.
