What a night!
On Saturday we wrapped up the year the best way we know how — together.

We shared an awesome dinner, laughed our way through a very competitive (and slightly unhinged 😅) Bad Santa Kris Kringle, and then turned the volume right up with live karaoke 🎤🎶
Some hidden talents were discovered… and some confidence definitely outweighed talent — which made it even better.

Best of all the Studio 84 Baby finally had his first big introduction!

Events like this are a reminder that Studio 84 isn’t just about training — it’s about community, connection, and celebrating the people who show up week after week and make this place what it is.

Huge thanks to everyone who came along and brought the energy.

🎉 Studio 84 turns 9! 🎉

What a way to celebrate — sunshine, smiles, and our amazing Studio 84 fam! ☀️💙

On Sunday we marked 9 incredible years with a beautiful walk from Bradleys Head, followed by a ferry ride to Circular Quay for drinks, lunch, and plenty of laughs. 🍹🥗✨

It was such a perfect day — surrounded by the best people and the best vibes. 🥰

To all our incredible members — past and present — thank you. 💪 You’re the reason Studio 84 is what it is today. Your energy, commitment, and community spirit make this place so special.

Here’s to many more years of lifting, laughing, and living our healthiest lives together! 🙌💙

This is Margie 🥊

Margie has been jumping into our boxing classes and absolutely loving it. At 70+ years young, she’s proving that age is no barrier when it comes to fitness.

She doesn’t just come in for a workout — fitness is part of her lifestyle. Whether it’s boxing, circuit training, or simply keeping active each day, Margie makes movement a priority. That consistency is what keeps her strong, mobile, and full of energy.

When she first joined, it wasn’t about being the fastest or the strongest. It was about learning new skills, moving her body, and giving herself the best chance to keep thriving as she gets older. Week by week, she’s sharpened her technique, built her fitness, and inspired everyone around her.

Margie is living proof that you’re never too old to start. She’s a role model for anyone who thinks their best years are behind them — showing that with the right mindset, you can stay active, keep learning, and continue smashing goals at any age.

Well done Margie, keep throwing those punches! 👊

A big congratulations to everyone who took part in our 6 Week Challenge, which wrapped up on Saturday. Making it all the way to the end is no small feat — it takes real commitment to shift your lifestyle and reshape your relationship with food.

To top it off, George and Michelle also hosted our celebratory dinner that evening, putting on an incredible Middle Eastern BBQ. And after six weeks of hard work, that feast was very well-earned.

Well done to all — we’re so proud of the effort, consistency, and energy you’ve brought over the past six weeks.

A resounding round of applause to Studio 84's 10 members who devoted six weeks to our holistic weight loss initiative! This life-enhancing challenge introduced subtle daily habit modifications, cleverly segmented into three accessible phases.

Congratulations to our male winner Brad who lost 8.2kgs and to our female winner, Zara who lost 4.6kgs

Combined everyone lost a grand total of 42.5kgs
