✈️ Stuck standing in airport lines? Try these quick tips to stay relaxed and balanced:

• Stand tall: 2 feet hip-width apart, weight even.
• Take 5 deep belly breaths, lifting your pelvic floor as you exhale.
• Getting tired? Switch to a split stance—one foot forward, then swap.
• Move while you wait! Do calf raises to boost circulation, or march on the spot for 30 seconds.
• Challenge your balance: stand on one leg or heel-to-toe.
• Stretch using a rail or bench for relief - our table stretch would be perfect!

F I R E D R I L L - our Willoughby practice recently had a fire alarm mid-class. This didn’t stop our quick-thinking physios making the most of the time waiting in the car park! They got both their classes continuing with strength exercises – wall squats and push-ups - until things were safe to return to the studio. Well done, Melissa and Carolyn, for adapting on the go and keeping everyone safe and strong! 💪🏼

✈️ 🚙🚝 T R A V E L often means lots of sitting—but your body needs to move! Try our top 3 tips to keep your body feeling better.

• When possible, stand up and move every 30 minutes, even if just for a minute.
• Can’t get up? Do mini-movements: seated calf raises, straighten your legs, squeeze your glutes, roll your shoulders, or point your toes.
• Sit tall and take low breaths into your diaphragm—good posture and breathing go hand in hand.
