This spider has become my friend ☺🤭 he/she will disappear for a while and then show up somewhere. Tonight I found them in the dead centre of my dream catcher, right behind the moon bead and then it moved when i came over.

This little friends message for me tonight was to centre my life around Magic 🌠🌛Around dreaming, to record my dreams again! Because my soul loves it when I do that. To not focus on money and mundane because it simply isn't fulfilling and overflowing my life cup. In fact it makes life boring. But instead to simply weave my life around the centre point of Magic. However that looks for me. I'm assuming the spider is letting me know that's where the flow is ❤

I have been specialising in the field of feminine embodiment for over 5 years. My work has a particular focus on the Womb, pelvic bowl & sacrum area. My practice is based on the physical, spiritual, emotional, and energetic aspects of The Woman and her Womb.

My passion and love for postpartum care and the Mother was inspired through working for THE GOLDEN MONTH. I feel so honored to have worked with so many beautiful mama's post birth through this heart centered business.

My training background is in Womb and Fertility Massage and Transpersonal Art Therapy/Counselling. Previously I worked with Mums and Bubs as an early childhood educator and wellbeing facilitator.

In the after glow of working alongside another beautiful woman 🥰
She asked me at the beginning if I do womb healing? And I can never respond yes to that as i feel it takes power away from the woman.

Tonight I held space, and asked curious questions to journey her deeper into her sacred body. Re connecting her to her own innate body wisdom, allowing her to remember how sacred she truly is. And then from this space, she becomes her own healer.

Such deep gratitude for the women I get to walk alongside on their own unique healing journey ❤❤❤

How beautiful does she look!? ❤

Closing the Bones is a traditional post partum practice that has come back into fashion ☺

When I learnt about this practice 5 years ago as part my training I had no idea what it was.

But now its a ritual I weave into every session 🕸

It helps to ground and nurture her body. Allows a somatic feeling of being held and supported by life. The body is given space to soften and open. It has a very Womb like feeling.

Its a ritual my bones and soul know and now ive remembered it once again.

Forever grateful for this ancient practice.

🌹 Tending the Mother

I drove a six hour round trip to visit this mama and give her some loving.

This Mama is changing the patterns of those who came before her. She is re writing the script for her children. So beautiful and powerful.

I love visiting mamas post birth. I witness The Mother in all her birthing glory. I get the honour of tending to her sacred body temple and gently bringing her back here onto this earth, pulling her energetic body back in after the expansive birthing portal.

Dee it was such an honour to visit you and your little bush tribe ❤

The sacrum is my favorite place to work with on a woman's body.

So much wisdom emerges from this place when I guide a woman to journey here, especially within the sacrum/coccyx area. It is a place of primal power, creative force, wild sexuality. It reflect to us trust, surrendering, receiving, safety, survival.

When a woman is embodied the sacrum area becomes the throne of her body, anchoring and rooting her into the earth from this place. Becoming deeply rooted, her body softens and opens, and her sacrum area moves downward to the earth in a fluid motion. Welcoming the earth energies to move up through her body.

Alternatively, the sacrum can be pulled back and retracted, creating a curve in the lower spine, tilting up and away from the earth or it may be rigid, still and blocked. Creating a disconnect from fully surrendering into the earth energies.

The sacrum connects into the tailbone, hips and pelvic bowl. Following the bones around from the back of the sacrum to the front of your body, they all flow togethor, they are one, creating a protective casing for your womb.

Placing your hands upon your sacrum at the back of your body, follow the bones all the way around. Connect with these wise bones. How are they positioned? How do they move? How do they want to move? Are they holding any messages or wisdom for you?
