So I followed my own advice and took myself to Lifestyle Retreat for 3 nights last week.
How was it? Amazing. It was just what I needed to destress, motivate and energise.
3 night and 4 days of rest, beautiful trail walks, nature, relaxing treatments, organic food, organic gardening workshops, different forms of exercise classes and time away from the normal schedule and pace of life.
My tip: if you know you are feeling tired, are stressed and need a break don’t leave it too long to do something about it. Make space in your life to look after yourself. You deserve it.
