Forever grateful to my amazing teacher, Krish, for believing in me and guiding me through the pain. I've emerged empowered and liberated.

As a therapist, I help individuals navigate their heavy burden of trauma, pain, shame, fear, and abandonment. I understand the challenges you may be facing and believe that everyone deserves to experience joy and accept life's trials and tribulations.

The power lies within the pain itself. We often shy away from pain, but it's a crucial part of the human experience.

Just like yin and yang, joy and pain are interconnected.

It's okay to feel the sting of wounds. Instead of avoiding it, let's face it head-on. Pain isn't permanent; it evolves. By embracing it, we can learn, grow, and find strength we never knew we had.

Avoiding pain limits our lives. Trust the process. Breathe through it. Let the pain flow, and you'll discover a hidden sweetness. It grounds us, builds trust in ourselves, and creates depth.

We all have a young, immature part that fears pain. But remember, we're capable of overcoming it. Embrace the journey, and watch your roots grow deeper.

“I know firsthand how difficult it can be to navigate through pain and trauma. But with the help of my amazing therapist, I’ve learned to embrace the process and find freedom on the other side. If you’re struggling, don’t hesitate to seek professional help. You deserve to thrive.”

Solo Journey: Learning Love & Self-Love, Not Filling the Void

This solo travel adventure has been an unexpected, introspective journey. It's been a deep dive into the concept of being alone, yet not lonely. It's about rediscovering a love for myself, independent of needing another person to complete me.

Letting go of the need to "fill the space" has been incredibly liberating. It's like unearthing a part of myself I buried long ago. The awareness of my abandonment wounds is present, but it no longer dictates my actions. There's no desperate need to seek validation, fill the void with someone else's presence, or cling to the expectation of companionship to feel complete.

Witnessing myself grow into this place of self-wisdom – the adult version of myself – has been truly incredible. It's a testament to the power of self-discovery and the magic that unfolds when we allow ourselves the space to explore.

The Raw Vulnerability of Being Alone

But this journey hasn't been all sunshine and roses. One of the biggest challenges of solo travel has been confronting the raw vulnerability of being alone. It's a constant dance – waxing in and out of that feeling. There are moments of pure joy, exploring hidden corners and indulging in personal whims. But then, there are evenings where the silence feels heavy, and the absence of a companion can sting.

Embracing the Discomfort

However, it's in these moments of vulnerability that the real growth happens. By embracing, rather than shying away from, this discomfort, I've learned to connect with myself on a deeper level. I've discovered a wellspring of inner strength and resilience I never knew existed.

The Unexpected Companionship

This journey has also been a beautiful lesson in trust. The trust that, even when I'm physically alone, I am never truly isolated. The incredible people I've met along the way have been a source of constant inspiration. Their stories, their kindness, and their shared experiences have woven a rich tapestry of connection.

Home is Wherever You Make It

Perhaps the most profound realization is that I haven't felt alone once. This solo travel has shown me that home isn't a physical location, but a feeling I can carry within myself. It's the comfort of knowing I have the ability to create a sense of belonging wherever I go, anchored not in places, but in the strength and self-love I've discovered.
This transformative journey is an inspiration to others seeking self-discovery. Keep exploring, and keep sharing your story!

The Freedom to Repeat

And the most exciting takeaway? I'm leaving with an incredible capacity for trust. Trust in myself, my ability to navigate the world, and the kindness of strangers. This isn't a one-time thing. I can embark on this adventure again and again, without the fear of losing something, but only gaining so much more. The world is my oyster, and I'm ready to explore it,one adventure at a time.

No Longer Seeking, Just Being

This newfound sense of self-sufficiency is incredibly empowering. I no longer rely on external validation or seek to fill a void with another person's presence. The urge to complain or expect something from the world has faded, replaced by a deep sense of acceptance and a willingness to simply be.

Unmasked and Re-Awakened: A Journey of Self-Acceptance and Peace ‍♀️

This journey of self-discovery has been a wild ride, filled with love, compassion, and sometimes, yes, even a touch of something darker: a pathetic grasping, a yearning for something more, a mix of wanting, expecting, and feeling entitled. I didn't realize it at the time, but these emotions were intertwined with the seemingly positive aspects of my life.

However, I didn't realize it at the time, but this constant motion of escape was always present. Because I disliked these uncomfortable emotions, I desperately sought to avoid, cover, and escape them with all my might. I found refuge in spiritual bypass, and for a while, it seemed to work. It helped me evade the wounds festering within me.

But even after that, the cycle continued. For ten years, I fixated on raw food as another escape route. Living in an estate focused on clean living felt like the answer, yet it too, became a dead end.

As I've come to learn, true healing doesn't come from avoidance. It comes from embracing our pain, trauma, and shame. It comes from accepting ourselves fully, recognizing these experiences as part of our journey.

This is the path I now walk, and with each step, I feel the love within me grow stronger, nourished by self-love and self-compassion.

|| MY BODY REMINDS ME WHEN TO EAT A RAW VEGAN MEAL || ~ and I listen!!

Are you leaning towards comfort eating with this change of season? It can get quite cold in early Autumn in the southern states of Australia.

I am sorry it’s been a while since I posted on instagram but suddenly felt inspired to say hello.

We often indulge in too many comforting foods with a cooler change in weather. It is wise to be mindful and apply conscious eating during these times.

Applying mindful eating is crucial during this time of change and transition.

A mix of warming foods added to a mix of raw food is the way to go.

Remember your body needs enzymes for proper functions. Raw food generates energy, it is anti inflammatory, alkaline and becomes your medicine.

My delicious lunch salad consist of freshly picked home grown tomatoes, basil, spinach, mustard leaves, spring onions, parsley and edible rocket flowers added as an extra. All these vegetables are all grown from my garden tubs and filled with airborne bacteria good for gut health. I also added bought cucumber and corn.

There’s so much joy in growing my own vegetables.

I continue to advise that raw food is healing and food is the best medicine.

Let me know if I can help you be the best version of yourself.

BLACK SEED OIL - from YOUNG LIVING OILS. Known in the Middle East as ’The Seed Of Blessing’.

Rubbing Black seed oil from young living oils over my scar once the stitches were taken out proved to be incredibly effective.

It can be used topically for stretch marks, rashes, burns, acne, acne scars, dry skin, craked skin, eczema, psoriasis, cellulite and wrinkles.

Cleopatry reportedly used black seed oil for beautiful hari and skin.

It is also hjighly recommended for oily skin and clogged pores.

Previous to using it topically, I took the oil orally as an antioxidant and an immune booster due to Covid.

Black seed oil is known in several common names including coriander and cumin oil which is confusing. It comes from the Nigella plant.

This oil has been regarded as one of the most powerful anti-inflammatory herbs ever to exist.

Hippocrates was known to have used it to assist with digestive and metabolic disorders, and practitioners used this oil to treat an an extensive list of mild to extreme health conditions.

In recent years the oil has been reported to being the most effective ‘all-in-one’ health food in existence.

That is a bold claim. Needless to say I now have a supply of this oil at Raw Satya.

The fountain of youth is found in leafy greens.

For years now I have tired to influence my family, friends, community and clients to consume regular daily green smoothies.

These green smoothies when consumed on a daily basis will deliver an abundant of nutritional value. However please rotate your green, or the accumulated alkaloid of one particular greens will provide a toxic overload in the system and can undo a lot of good.

Green leafy vegetables are a good food combination and generally mixes well wtih any fruit combination. I especially prefer bananas. And according the legendary Jane Goodall monkeys and chimpanzees also wrap their bananas with green leaves. And that must say something.

My recipe of green smoothie is such an elixir for a good healthy life. The rotational green smoothies are filled with chlorophyll, calcium and ensymes.

I can think of a few benefits for consuming green smooathies on a daily basis.

Firstly it protects the brain and gives clarity. Getting more greens in your diet relieves stress due to the calcium intake. It will improve an anti-inflammatory and immune response. It clears toxins. It is alkaline.

Boosting our digestive with green smoothies ensures less bloating, supports optimal gut health with prebiotic and helps balance blood sugar levels.

Everyone wants to keep young and healthy with a youthful glow to their skin. The greens will do just that, it is an anti-aging agent.

It really makes a difference to the mind, body and spirit.
