We appreciate your loyalty and would like to thank you for your continued support of our small business.
We have made a decision regarding online booking, which will remain available for your convenience.
This platform has proven to be significantly easier for you to use.
However, we have increased the price of our massage services to offset rising operational costs, as you are aware that the cost of living has become increasingly expensive.
Nevertheless, we still offer exclusive discounts to our regular clients who have visited us more than 12 times per year.
Furthermore, regular clients and cash payments are exempt from paying a deposit, except for new clients, who are required to pay a $50 deposit upfront. (Highly recommended to give us a call to avoid a new Fresha client fees)
the new price will start on 1st March 2025

Dear valued clients who have booked with us online or offline, we would like to inform you that, effective immediately, new clients may be required to make advance payments for their bookings. Furthermore, clients with a history of no-shows or multiple short-notice cancellations will no longer be able to book online with us. As you have secured your spots well in advance, we expect sufficient notice in the event of cancellation, except in cases of unforeseen emergencies. Please understand that our work time is crucial to us as a small business, and your absence results in lost income and missed opportunities to accommodate other clients. Additionally, from March onwards, we will no longer be using Fresha online booking due to increased fees for new clients and services, and will instead be accepting bookings via text or phone calls until our new online systems are implemented.
