I am passionate about all things massage!

It can provide so many benefits such as:

- Pain relief from a sore lower back or a pounding headache

- To help progress the recovery from sports and/or other injuries

- To experience a sense of nurturing and much needed relief from sore feet or back ache during pregnancy

- The opportunity to float away, to experience a sense of total relaxation and increased well being

As your massage therapist I aim to provide a comfortable, relaxed and easygoing atmosphere, complete with a selection of music that you can choose from as part of your treatment. I am fully qualified with a Diploma in Remedial Massage. I am also certified for Hot Stone Therapy and Pregnancy Massage. I am proud to be a member of the AMT (Association of Massage Therapists) and am fully insured. I am also registered for any health fund claims. It's been a while since I've had to make a post like this. Today I said goodbye to one of my dearest clients. 9 years of care, beginning with a referral from the physio to help him with an upcoming surgery. He'd never had massage before and walked in saying 'I don't think this will do anything, but I will give it a go.'

9 years of monthly massage later, I visited him in hospital only 4 days ago where we talked and agreed that our time together was always something we looked forward to. I saw him one last time tonight as he only just passed away.

He was highly intelligent, had a great sense of humour and always had a twinkle in his eye. I am going to miss him terribly. R.I.P 💐
