I am passionate about all things massage!

It can provide so many benefits such as:

As your massage therapist I aim to provide a comfortable, relaxed and easygoing atmosphere, complete with a selection of music that you can choose from as part of your treatment. I am fully qualified with a Diploma in Remedial Massage. I am also certified for Hot Stone Therapy and Pregnancy Massage. I am proud to be a member of the AMT (Association of Massage Therapists) and am fully insured. I am also registered for any health fund claims. Well I managed to just beat last year's record by 4 clients - 819 clients massaged in 2025, not a bad effort!

As you know I have now gone online! Due to limited spots, the booking link has only been sent out to clients I have seen in the past 2 years. Depending on how things go with my daughter's health and uni, I may release the link to this page with more availability.

At this stage my online booking site is almost full already - within half an hour of opening, I think there are about 10 spots left. I can only thank you so very very much for your ongoing support - you are wonderful people and I look forward to catching up soon :)

✨ Important Update for 2026 ✨

Hello everyone 🙂

Many of you know that my daughter has been very unwell. She has now begun distance education, which means I need to be home more frequently to supervise her studies. In efforts to find the silver lining, I have decided to pursue a full time online university degree in Exercise Physiology.

This means I will be reducing my clinic hours to Wednesdays and Fridays only, with the possibility of adding another day depending on the uni workload and my daughter's progress.

All bookings will move to online with 60min appts only (the last appt of the day can be 90mins).

I close on Dec 30 and reopen on Jan 21. I will send the booking link in the first week of January as any earlier will affect my existing booking system. Lots of notice will be given.

I recognise that this system may not suit everyone and that you may need to seek an alternate service. I am happy to provide therapist recommendations where needed, including our new remedial massage therapist Earl, who works for the physio in the room next to mine. I encourage you to give him a try, we are hearing excellent feedback from clients. You can book via calling the front desk 02 4754 4277.

Welcome to Spring! I got blessed with a cold just after I was congratulating myself for getting through Winter without one. Yay... hope you guys are enjoying this beautiful sunny weather. Hopefully I am back to work soon :)

It's been a while since I've had to make a post like this. Today I said goodbye to one of my dearest clients. 9 years of care, beginning with a referral from the physio to help him with an upcoming surgery. He'd never had massage before and walked in saying 'I don't think this will do anything, but I will give it a go.'

9 years of monthly massage later, I visited him in hospital only 4 days ago where we talked and agreed that our time together was always something we looked forward to. I saw him one last time tonight as he only just passed away.

He was highly intelligent, had a great sense of humour and always had a twinkle in his eye. I am going to miss him terribly. R.I.P 💐
