🙋‍♀️ Female Support Worker – Disability & Supported Living

🌸 About the Role:
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to provide high-quality care and assistance to people living with disability in a supported living environment.
This role involves assisting clients with personal care, daily living tasks, and community participation.

🌸 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Support clients with household tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Assist clients to engage in community and recreational activities
- Promote independence, choice, and dignity in daily living

🌸 About You:
- Empathetic, patient, and respectful of individual needs
- Experience or interest in disability support or community care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent (desirable)

TK Community Care Services is looking for dedicated and compassionate female Disability Support Workers to join our team. This role involves providing support to clients in their homes and in the community, ensuring they receive the care and attention they deserve. Female applicants encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Provide high-quality care, including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, and meal preparation.
✔️ Support clients in engaging with community activities and outings.
✔️ Offer respite care and support tailored to each client’s individual needs.
✔️ Follow health, safety, and documentation procedures to maintain a high standard of service.

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ A minimum Certificate III in Individual Support or a similar qualification (or willingness to obtain).
✔️ A strong passion for empowering and supporting individuals with diverse needs.
✔️ Ability to work community access shifts (a must).
✔️ Ability to work 24/7.
✔️ Unlimited work rights (a must).
✔️ A current NT Driver’s License, reliable vehicle, and comprehensive insurance.
