Precision. Performance. Partnership.
The Speed Runner by Connie Hansen highlights the innovation and design that continues to drive our industry forward.
Dejay is proud to share a long-standing and impactful relationship with Connie Hansen—one that has helped shape access to world-class solutions here in Australia.
To be acknowledged as part of this, during our 40-year milestone, is incredibly meaningful.

Supporting our clients starts with continuing to learn.
Lena recently attended supportive seating training — part of Dejay’s ongoing commitment to professional development and staying at the forefront of rehabilitation technology.
The more we learn, the better outcomes we can create for the people we support. 💜

Some of the best solutions happen behind the scenes.
When our Rehabilitation Equipment Consultants team up with our workshop specialists, ideas turn into custom designs, thoughtful modifications and equipment that truly supports real life outcomes.
It’s this collaboration that allows us to tailor solutions — because no two people, or journeys, are the same. 💜

Another wonderful outcome and a moment we love to share. 💜
We are always grateful to collaborate with the incredible teams at Australian Lions Mobility Foundation and NAPA Australia to help support our clients into equipment that opens the door to greater freedom, fun and meaningful experiences.
Seeing these moments come to life is exactly why we do what we do.

Today, on International Women’s Day, we also reflect on a very special moment in Dejay’s history.
40 years ago, Margot Mason founded Dejay Medical.
With determination, ambition and an unwavering dedication to improving the lives of others, Margot built a business grounded in care, integrity and purpose. What began with one woman’s vision has grown into a company that continues to support individuals, families and clinicians across Australia.
Dejay has always remained a family business, now proudly led by her son Tim Mason, and strengthened every day by the incredible women who work within our team and are apart of the Dejay family. 💜
From rehabilitation consultants and administration to logistics, sales and support — the women of Dejay help shape the heart of our company. Their knowledge, compassion and commitment are a continuation of the values Margot established four decades ago.
Today we celebrate Margot’s legacy, and the women who continue to carry her vision forward.
Linda, Lena, Maryann, Jolene, Alexis, Sanjeshni and Hayley.
Happy International Women’s Day from all of us at Dejay 💜

🚐 Guess how many pieces of assistive technology Maryann managed to fit in the van?
Our amazing Rehab Equipment Consultant Maryann is hitting the road this week for a big outreach trip across Yeppoon, Rockhampton, Gladstone and Bundaberg — bringing equipment, knowledge and support directly to the communities who need it most.
It’s going to be a busy couple of days on the road, but connecting with families, therapists and clients is what Dejay does best.
Because sometimes the right equipment — and the right people behind it — can make all the difference. 💜

💚 March is Cerebral Palsy Awareness Month 💚
At Dejay, every month is about supporting children and families living with cerebral palsy — but March gives us a moment to pause, recognise, celebrate and advocate a little louder.
Cerebral palsy looks different for every individual. What remains constant is strength, resilience, determination… and the importance of the right support around them.
For over 40 years, Dejay has walked alongside families — providing equipment that supports movement, builds independence and opens up possibility. From first steps in a walker, to confident rides on adaptive bikes, to everyday mobility solutions — we are honoured to be part of these journeys.
This month, we stand with our CP community.
We celebrate ability.
We champion inclusion.
We continue to care. 💜

34 years of Linda… and what a force she is 💜
Linda joined Dejay almost 34 years ago, working alongside our founder Margot — and thankfully for us, she never left. ✨
Through every era, every challenge, and every milestone, Linda has been right here — keeping us on our toes, keeping things moving, and making us laugh (sometimes when we probably shouldn’t be).
She is hands-down one of the funniest, most beautiful humans you’ll ever meet — cheeky in the best possible way, fiercely hardworking, and the first to jump in and help anyone who needs it. An absolute force of nature, and somehow still the glue that holds so much of Dejay together.
Dejay is, and always will be, a family business and Linda is such a huge part of that family. 💜
The truth is… we genuinely don’t know what we’d do without her (and we’re not emotionally prepared for the day she ever decides to retire).
Linda, we hope you know how deeply grateful we are for you. For your loyalty, your heart, your humour, and your unwavering dedication to Dejay for almost 34 incredible years.
You are truly one of a kind. 💜

💜 Meet Cooper
Our Rehabilitation Equipment Consultant Leon recently worked alongside Lions Mobility Foundation and Cooper’s physio Alexandra to support this bubbly little boy in receiving his adaptive trike.
Moments like these are about more than equipment — they’re about confidence, independence, and the freedom to be a kid.
We’re proud to collaborate with Cooper’s support team and can’t wait to see where his new wheels take him. 🚲✨
