The verdict is in! Sonja has won the case for better health, more energy and feeling terrific. Although highly skeptical at first she has demonstrated what can be achieved when you stay accountable and follow the plan. Ultimate goal achieved. Case Closed.

This was supposed to be a tight shirt - but it isn’t tight any more. Well done Tim on knocking off 10kg and dropping clothes sizes. Sad you have no more tight clothes for our photos - but the diffference is still obvious. Keep going with your healthy journey.
