Keeping it safe helps protect your supports.

Scammers sometimes pretend to be from the NDIS or offer “help” to get your details.
If something doesn’t feel right, pause and check first. Never share your logins, and always make sure you’re speaking with someone you trust.

📞 If you ever suspect something’s wrong, you can call the NDIS Fraud Reporting and Scams Helpline on 1800 650 717 (Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm AEST), or reach out to IDCARE for extra support.

For Jake who is one of our participants, getting on a bike wasn’t easy. He’s autistic, non-verbal, and living with Down syndrome and something as simple as riding takes extra care and planning.

That’s where the right team makes a difference.

With the help of Freedom Solutions Australia - previously Solve-TAD and Jake’s OT from National 360 , a custom bike was designed to suit his needs.

Laura, his OT suggested that with a swivel seat to make getting on easier, and extra support to keep him comfortable and safe.

Now, Jake can join in on those everyday moments - the ones families treasure most.
A ride beside mum or dad. A smile that says it all.

Who are we?

AIIM Choices is an independent NDIS Plan Management Specialist, whose primary purpose is to assist NDIS participants to achieve their goals and become empowered individuals.

Here at AIIM Choices we want to keep it simple in order to take the stress out of the NDIS for the participant. With an array of knowledge and expertise arising from our experience. We are dedicated to assisting participants get the most out of their funding package.

We work with the participant to understand their plan. We explain what products or services you can use that are identified as part of your plan and the best way to use the funding to achieve your goals.

Our professional Plan Management team focuses on saving the participant time and removes the burden of the day to day administration that comes with an NDIS plan, such as processing of invoices and keeping track of expenditure. At AIIM Choices we are about Achieving Innovation in Individual Management Choices. Simple really!
