Our Pregnancy Pilates classes are designed to help you feel strong, supported and connected during pregnancy.
✨ What’s Included?
Mat-based Pilates sessions focusing on pelvic floor, core strength, general strengthening and mobility.
Physiotherapy-specific education every 2nd week, covering topics like:
🤱 Pelvic floor and birth preparation
🥗 Exercise during pregnancy
🌟 Tips for the first 6 weeks postnatal..and more!
