Freedom Art Sister Circle is about the process of exploring and just enjoying the moment, but more often than not we end up with great finished products.

In last weeks Freedom Art Sister Circle Session, we explored Watercolour and Mixed Media. The ladies enjoyed playing with the different mediums and letting go of expectations.

There are so many ways to create calm as the children of Arty Discoveries learnt. The children chose calming colours and there was a definite peaceful feeling in the room as they created their calming paintings.

I am a Professional Art Therapist registered with ANZACATA, working in a neurodivergent-affirming way. Each session is tailored to the individual’s needs, pace, and goals.

NDIS: Self-managed & plan-managed participants welcome.
