Medical Receptionist / Patient Services (Full-time & Part-time)

Hospital Street Doctors | 62 Vermont Street, Wodonga (Weekdays only—no weekends)

If you’re friendly, organised, and great with bookings and customer service, we’d love to hear from you. Best Practice experience isn’t required—we’ll train the right person.

Key skills:

Confident with appointment bookings and busy phones
Warm, professional patient communication
Accurate data entry and attention to detail
Calm under pressure and team-oriented

Highly desirable: reception/patient service experience in a health or medical setting.

Requirements (successful applicants):

current CPR certificate.
