WOUND AWARENESS WEEK 🦶

❄️Chilblains❄️
This winter we have seen an increase in chilblains coming in to the clinic. Chilblains occur when the temperature is cold and they usually present as red to violet coloured spots on the toes which can be quite itchy or sore.
The good news is that there are relatively simple steps that you can put in place to manage and prevent chilblains until the weather warms up including keeping your feet toasty warm!
If you need help with your chilblains come in and see one of our podiatrists in Albury (at Innovate Health Albury) or Vermont St Wodonga.

BACK TO SCHOOL 2024
The new school year is fast approaching and now is the time to start looking for school shoes. We recommend getting your child's feet measured and fitted by a trained sales assistant to ensure they are the right fit. After all, kids spend 35-40 hours a week in these shoes!
If your child has a hard to fit foot or you have any concerns about their feet, bring them in to see one of our podiatrists. You can book online or call 02 6056 5188 for appointments in Albury at Innovate Health Albury or Wodonga.
