Graeme’s a strong, hard-working bloke who somehow fits full-time work, regular gym sessions, tinkering with his American and Aussie vintage cars, and endless jobs around the farm into his week.
About five weeks ago, he started noticing a dull ache in his right shoulder. There was no specific injury, just a pain that gradually crept in. Taking a break from the gym helped a bit, but once he got back into training (plus fencing, posting, and rebuilding cattle yards!!!), the ache returned.
By the time Graeme came to see us, his shoulder pain was really bothering him. After a thorough assessment, we found the culprit: mild overuse of the infraspinatus, pectoralis, and biceps insertion (these are muscles around the front and back of the shoulder). Nothing serious, just a bit too much hard work!
With some hands-on treatment, a tailored rehab plan, and advice on what to do (and what to avoid), Graeme’s well on his way to being pain-free again.
We’re stoked to be part of his recovery journey and can’t wait to see him back doing all the things he loves; working, training, farming, and cruising in those classic cars. 🚗💪
