Been hitting these twice a week for 4 months now. I feel like I’ve totally renewed my core stability and transformed my spinal mobility. Despite all the fuss and mystery core training is pretty simple. Core does 4 things: flexion, extension, side bend and rotation. 4 exercises that lend themselves to progressive overload:

Hanging leg raise
Back raise
Side raise
Supine Kettlebell twist
