Have now confirmed that the Disability Rights Advocacy Service has been defunded.

One of the key services helping poor folks challenge the NDIS National Disability Insurance Scheme NDIA at the ART, has been defunded.

Conveniently, just as a tsunami of ART appeals hits the NDIA, as a result of thousands of plans being cut.

A little too convenient, if you ask us.

Honestly. The c*ntery never ends, does it?

Our Support Coordination team is seeing children (and adults) be declined supports they deperately need due to the government changes to the NDIS.

🚨 The NDIS Cuts Are Failing Our Kids 🚨

Thousands of children with disabilities are being kicked off the NDIS—not because they no longer need support, but because the government is cutting costs.

The official excuse? Cracking down on fraud.
The reality? They’re 'saving money' by removing children from life-changing therapy and support.

💔 Families are being blindsided.
💔 Parents are being forced to prove their child still needs NDIS supports within 90 days or lose all funding.
💔 State services aren’t ready—there’s nowhere else to go.
💔 The government claims these kids have 'achieved their goals' while simultaneously directing parents to expensive, out-of-pocket services they can’t afford.

We can’t stay silent. We need to push back before even more children lose access to the care they need.
