We offer a comprehensive yoga timetable with different class types and styles to align with the different reasons people come to yoga. We have classes to relax, to help manage stress and mental health, classes to build strength (body & mind) and amazing deep dive workshops to really explore understanding your true self. We are so blessed to have a beautiful community at green room of all people. No matter who you are we want you to feel welcome. Lead by Korinne - a Senior Yoga teacher with over 12000 hours of teaching time, Green Room is a world class facility to learn yoga (which is more than stretching) and to dive into the connection with your true self. Green Room Yoga & Wellness is a center of multiple modalities;

* Albury Wodonga Healing Massage - Myotherapy, cupping, dry needling, electro threapy, advanced remedial massage and more.

* The Earth Alchemist - Reflexology, Relaxation Massage, Reiki, Yoga, Prenatal specialist.

Our Story

Come as you are. A place of allowing yourself to be authentically you - and human.

Green Room Yoga & Wellness is dedicated towards creating a caring space for residents of the border to heal, relax, enquire and grow. We offer a comprehensive yoga timetable with affordable classes and different class styles to match the different objectives of the practice. Our priority is to make a regular practice achievable and affordable - from just $30 a week you can access over 25 classes a week taught by male and female teachers with different training and knowledge.

We also offer other healing modalities including Remedial Massage, Energy Healing and Ayurveda to ensure we offer a holistic approach to wellness. Our community is everything. We offer classes (yoga and meditation) by donation where the proceeds go to charity - making yoga affordable and accessible to all. We also have monthly catch ups for our little community to chat over a cup of tea :) along with free events and workshops for our members. We cant wait to meet you :)
