Happy 30th Anniversary to us! 🎉

Huge thank you to everyone who visited our space yesterday. We had past participants join us for a walk and morning tea and to view the gorgeous art works.

In the afternoon we are were visited by AWH staff who were able to see and hear what we do. They were understandably impressed by the creativity and expression of participants recovery journeys.

One participant wrote to us today “it was great to be reminded of the long standing commitment to the wellbeing of those living with persistent pain and even better to meet past participants who had similar recovery stories to my own. We all agreed that each one of us would be living very different lives if it wasn’t for the change that took place in our lives as a result of the program and the invaluable skill and care of each team member”

This is why we do the work that we do.

Thank you to all who took the time to celebrate with us and acknowledge this amazing service we have right here on the Border.
