Most people think they are a morning person.
Until they realise they have not slept properly.
Then suddenly the coffee is not strong enough, the dog is annoying, and the person next to them breathing too loudly becomes a full scale issue.
Poor sleep does that. It turns reasonable humans into slightly grumpy ones.
