Private shared care means you see both Dr Liz Onley and a midwife of your choice across your antenatal appointments. Two practitioners who both know you and your pregnancy, working together from the start.

Your birth takes place at Wodonga Hospital, with continuity built in from your very first appointment.

Those first weeks with a new baby involve a lot of questions.

Recovery after birth looks different for everyone. Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) is one of the tools we use at Earthside to support your body as it heals.

LLLT stimulates your body's own healing response. It reduces inflammation, increases circulation to the affected area, and speeds up tissue repair. The treatment takes around 20 minutes. No heat, no pain, no downtime.

We use it for (but not limited too):
Ni**le pain and damage
Mastitis
Wound healing post-birth
Episiotomy recovery

It is drug-free and safe to use while breastfeeding. If you are in those early postnatal weeks and want to know more, just ask 🙂
