Ever wonder what EMDR looks like?
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy designed to help individuals process and heal from trauma, distressing memories, anxiety, and other overwhelming life experiences. EMDR works by helping the brain reprocess traumatic memories in a safe and structured way, reducing the emotional intensity and impact they have on daily life. Through the use of bilateral stimulation, such as eye movements or tapping, clients are supported to build resilience, develop healthier beliefs, and move toward healing and recovery.
