Evening Sydney Meditation

I usually finish my day off with some kind of short meditation practice. Breath centred or mantra.

Of late I have been using the words “let it go” every time a thought, good or bad enters my mind and disrupts my practice. This is especially good when thoughts of concerns appear in the middle of the night to ease you back into slumber.

A thought arises….say to yourself, Let it Go…
And another….Let it Go…
And another….Let it Go..

Morning Melbourne Meditation 🌞

Most of my morning meditation practices begin with a Gratitude practice. Either as I put my feet on the floor as I get out of bed or before I enter my meditation.

Gratitude for one thing or more and always no matter how I’m feeling, with a small smile.
