Professional Supervision is all about reflection which ever industry you are in. Michael Carroll says, "Reflection is the ability to think about the past, in the present for the future." A rhetorical question, do you set time aside to reflect, do you find yourself reflecting as you continue your day or when you think about it, reflection seems to get missed?
