Your Care, Our Commitment. A World-Class Achievement! 💚

Rosemont Endoscopy Centre is thrilled to announce we’ve achieved an exceptional world-class Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 87! 🎉

What is a Net Promoter Score (NPS)? NPS measures our patient experience by asking how likely patients are to recommend our hospital. An NPS above 50 is considered excellent, and anything over 80 is world-class—so we’re thrilled with our score of 87! 🏆

This outstanding result reflects the trust and satisfaction our patients have in the care we provide.

Since opening our doors in 1993, Rosemont Endoscopy Centre has established a reputation for excellence in day surgery, supported by an experienced and passionate nursing and administration team.

We are proud to deliver an exceptional healthcare experience for patients and doctors across the full spectrum of gastroenterology, with comprehensive services in prevention, diagnosis and treatment.

☀️ National Skin Cancer Action Week is a timely reminder for all Australians to protect their skin and prioritise regular skin checks.

Australia has one of the highest rates of skin cancer in the world — yet most cases can be prevented by following the five forms of sun protection:
🧴 Slip on sun-protective clothing
🕶️ Slop on SPF30+ broad-spectrum sunscreen
👒 Slap on a wide-brimmed hat
🌳 Seek shade
🌤️ Slide on sunglasses

The health and well-being of our people and patients is always our highest priority. Across our national hospital network, we continue to provide specialised skin surgery services — including dermatology and Mohs surgery, reconstructive plastic surgery and oculoplastic surgery — to deliver the best clinical and cosmetic outcomes for our patients.

Meet our national network of specialists who offer skin surgery services here 👇

As summer approaches, it’s a great time to check in on your sun safety habits, book a skin check and encourage others to do the same.

Each November, people around the world 🌎 unite to raise awareness and funds for men’s health through Movember - focusing on mental health and su***de prevention, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer.

Our hospital is proud to support this important cause. Movember isn’t just about growing a moustache it’s about starting conversations that can save lives and reminding one another that it’s okay to talk about health, both physical and mental.

Across our national hospital network, team members are getting involved by growing a mo, hosting events, and spreading awareness. Whether it’s a freshly sprouted moustache, a walk with colleagues, or a chat over coffee ☕ about mental wellbeing, every action makes a difference.

Here’s how you can join in:
〰️ Grow: Sport your mo proudly this Movember.
〰️ Move: Run, walk, cycle, or swim 60km for the 60 men lost to su***de every hour across the globe.
〰️ Host: Bring people together from morning teas to team challenges to spark meaningful conversations.
〰️ Donate: Support a colleague or contribute directly at movember.com.

Together, we can help change the face of men’s health one conversation, one moustache, and one movement at a time 💚

Breast Cancer Awareness Month 💗

This October, we pause to honour the strength, courage, and resilience of everyone impacted by breast cancer.

We recognise the ongoing efforts of healthcare professionals, researchers, and support networks who are making a difference every day in the fight against this disease.

This month is a time to raise awareness, encourage early detection, and stand together in support of those newly diagnosed, those undergoing treatment, and the families and loved ones who walk alongside them.

Our hospital remains committed to building a culture of care and compassion, standing in solidarity with all those affected by breast cancer 🎗️
