What if your OT role could focus on what you actually love doing?

Most OT roles expect you to be a generalist, juggling everything from equipment prescriptions to home mods to sensory assessments. But what if you could specialise and go deep in an area that genuinely interests you?

At Movementum, we're looking for an OT who wants to develop expertise in working with people with physical disabilities and manual handling best practice. You'll provide clinical services (equipment, functional assessments, care reviews) while also getting involved in training support workers and care providers to deliver safer, more dignified care.

We're a small OT-led practice celebrating 10 years in 2026, based in the Illawarra and Campbelltown regions. Our core purpose is Safe Work, Quality Care, and everything we do centres on creating environments where quality care can actually happen.

You'll bring:

This happens more often than it should.
Sometimes it's the wrong equipment for the actual routine. Sometimes it wasn't set up properly. Sometimes nobody felt confident using it.

We step in to figure out what's going wrong and find a solution that actually works — whether that's an adjusted setup, different equipment, hands-on support for the care team, or a completely different approach.
