Embracing the magikal moments!

A Butterfly blessing my Sonic Slider tuning fork, an essential part of my biofield tuning kit and a fork I use everyday as part of my self care practice.

Butterflies symbolise transformation, and although they may be small, they carry BIG MEDICINE!

Just like my beautiful tuning forks, they may perceived as small and subtle but can actually facilitate big shifts and changes.

What a powerful, synchronistic and magikal blessing!

What is Reiki?!
A warm hug for the soul!
Reiki (for me!) feels more relaxing than a massage… (and many of my clients agree!)
It soothes the nervous system, taking you out of ‘fight and flight’ mode and into ‘rest and digest’. In this deep state true healing can occur.
