Welcome Tiana to South Coast Health Hub

We’re excited to welcome Tiana to the South Coast Health Hub team as an Exercise Physiologist.

Tiana will be working across our Kiama and Nowra clinics, and as a Kiama local who is actively involved in the community, she brings a strong connection to the people we support.

Tiana has a particular interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, injury prevention and chronic disease management. She is passionate about helping people move well and feel confident through safe, structured and meaningful exercise.

With a calm and encouraging approach, Tiana focuses on building independence, long-term function, and sustainable outcomes for her patients.

Coming from a lifelong background in sport, particularly soccer, she has a strong understanding of both the physical and psychological aspects of injury and rehabilitation.

Outside of the clinic, Tiana enjoys staying active, travelling, live music, hiking, walking her two dogs, and spending time with family and friends.

We’re looking forward to having Tiana as part of the team and the impact she’ll have across Kiama and Nowra.

A warm welcome to Tayhla, who has recently joined our Wollongong clinic team.

Tayhla is the friendly face you’ll see at reception, bringing a warm, down-to-earth approach and a genuine passion for health and fitness. With a background in the horse industry, she understands the importance of staying active and connected to what you enjoy.

Outside of the clinic, you’ll find her on the farm, at the gym, or riding her horse.

We’re excited to share that Naomi’s famous handmade Christmas cards are now available at our Wollongong, Kiama, and Nowra clinics.

If you know Naomi, you already know how special her cards are. Each one is hand-crafted, thoughtful, and a little piece of Christmas joy.

Cards are stocked at reception in all three clinics. Pop in, say hello, and pick one up for someone you care about.

We had our Health Hub and Dizzy Clinics Christmas party on the weekend. It was a great chance to get everyone together and celebrate what’s been a huge year. Our team has worked hard across every clinic, and it was nice to pause and enjoy a relaxed family day with partners and kids along for the fun.

Thanks to everyone who came and helped make it such a good afternoon. A nice way to wrap up the year and look ahead to an even bigger one.

Dan Lawson has just returned from serving as the physiotherapist for the Australia Rugby League Kangaroos during their Ashes series victory. It’s a significant achievement and reflects the level of skill, professionalism, and industry-wide respect he has earned throughout his career.
 
We are incredibly proud to have Dan as part of the South Coast Health Hub family. This solidifies him as one of the most respected and highest-quality physiotherapists in the country.

Today is Dean Zalunardo’s last day with us at South Coast Health Hub.

Dean has accepted a full-time physiotherapy role with the Cronulla Sharks in the NRL. It’s a huge achievement and a testament to the hard work, dedication and skill he brings to every environment he’s part of.

We’re proud of what he’s built here and even prouder to see him take this next step. The whole team is behind him and we can’t wait to see what he does in this new chapter.

Thanks for everything, Dean. You’ll always be part of the SCHH family.
