An Australian First!
The concept of a medispa is not new; it encompasses medical services (i.e. driven by medical doctors) in wellness- or spa- environments. The concept of a medispa or wellness centre ‘inside a hospital’ is new to Australia, however. The plan is to provide ‘feel good’ services on the top floor; in-house beauty, wellness, and cosmetic -medical, -surgical, and - dental services. There shall also be an experienced doctor servicing all aspects of skin checks in the context of skin cancers.
All doctors and dentists are experienced leaders in their fields, and dermal therapists are going to focus on truly benefiting and enriching the skin using validated methods, to service the Illawarra Region and up to South Sydney.
Along with its outstanding ambience with high fit-and-finish, the views from Ignite Medispa are beautiful (mountains and beach), owing to the elevated position of the hospital (on a hill, and with the practice on level 7).
