Creating their dream environment can be a game changer 💫 I’ve seen it 👀
If I was to give all of my clients the same 3 pieces of advice, it would be these.
In this order:
1. Get your level of inflammation down by testing your cellular omega-6:3 ratio.
Levels between 3:1 and 1:1 indicate enough omega-3 fatty acids are present in your cell membranes to allow optimal function & fluidity. This keeps inflammation levels down.
Inflammation accelerates aging.
2. Avoid and minimise endocrine disrupting chemicals, plastics and toxic products on a daily basis.
Do a whole household overhaul. Be ruthless.
3. Lastly, level up your diet & supplements.
Feed your eggs the real nutrients they need for proper cell division and mitochondrial health.
Nutrients like:
* vitamin B12
* vitamin D
* zinc
* folate
* vitamin B6
* vitamin A
* CoQ10
* selenium
